DEPARTMENT SUMMARY
Ancillary Services is an integral part of the Asset Management department and is focused on maximizing returns on the real estate portfolio through KPIs, business development, and Ancillary Services. The Program Manager of Ancillary Services directly reports to the Director of Ancillary Services.

JOB SUMMARY
The Program Manager of Ancillary Services will be responsible for implementing Ancillary programs to increase net revenues across the portfolio. This includes Parking programs per property, management of parking vendors, and other parking related portfolio initiatives. In addition, this role will be responsible for collaborating across the organization to strategically market and implement Cable, Telecommunications, and Internet programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication and implementation of ancillary programs aligned with leadership and corporate objectives.
- Partner effectively across organization to align objectives and ancillary services (Operations, Operational Services, IT, Asset Management, Senior Management).
- Develop key business requirements and reporting, in addition to tracking and communicating critical items and timelines with stakeholders.
- Develop solutions through external partnership to increase Ancillary Services and revenues.
- Maintain and execute on key contracts.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years related experience required.
- Exhibit excellent multi-project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
