The Compensation and Workforce Planning Analyst position will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of complex activities involving compensation and related systems.  Using analytical, organization and communication skills, this position is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on compensation administration and workforce planning for Corporate employees. Requiring a combination of project work and ongoing responsibilities, the Analyst must use the ability to multi-task to successfully navigate multiple priorities.
Assists in the development, implementation, documentation, and administration of compensation programs
Analyses and makes comp recommendations for new Corporate positions, promotions, transfers, adjustments, and retention offers
Assist in the design and implementation of a Corporate salary structure
Participates in compensation surveys to analyze company’s competitive position
Provides analyses and recommendations on salary ranges and salary increase budgets based on market
Prepares special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, housing discount program, or other ad hoc comp programs
Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws governing compensation
Other projects as assigned by the Total Reward team
Workforce Planning
Responsible for system administration and management
Collaborates with business leaders to review existing and future workforce needs and to ensure alignment with budget
Assists in the development of workforce planning metrics to provide data-driven insights 
Bachelor’s Degree Business, HR, Math, Science, or related field
2+ years of related experience in an analytical role
Strong-to-advanced MS Office Excel skills required
Moderate-to-strong HCM skills required
Previous experience with Workday and Adaptive are a plus
Previous HR Business Partner experience is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills
Customer-centric, organized, and detail-oriented

Presents a professional, consultative image
Moderate PowerPoint skills is a plus
Excellent written & verbal communication
