About the Event
We are looking for Maintenance Technicians and Superintendents for our Charlotte, North Carolina office. By attending this virtual hiring event, you will get to chat directly with our hiring manager via text/phone about our open opportunities.
About the Roles
Maintenance Technicians
Maintenance Technicians will provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests. Maintenance Technicians are passionate to serve our residents and maintain top-quality homes as well as performing repairs to vacant properties to ensure potential residents are presented with a rental property they can’t refuse!
Superintendents
Superintendents are responsible for full-cycle oversight of property rehab and turnover efforts and creation of a comprehensive scope of work to ensure that each property is transitioned (or returned) to a lease-ready condition as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Superintendents apply project management principles for multiple projects that run concurrently and manage contractors & internal Maintenance Technicians to ensure quality, on-time and on-budget projects. Superintendents also interface with residents when performing pre move-out inspections (PMOI), move-out inspections (MOI) and new resident orientations (RO) for each project.
