Maintenance Supervisor -

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all maintenance operations of the community. Specific responsibilities may include: performing routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently, completion of make ready of vacant units, completion of work orders, community and apartment inspections, assisting with grounds upkeep and other duties as assigned. Required on-call for emergencies – nights and weekends.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Maintenance experience including at least 2 years of managerial if position requires supervising employees.

40 Unit property

HVAC certification critical.

**Sign on bonus - $1000.00 after 90days worked**
