Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a professional, experienced, self-motivated Assistant Property Manager!
• Weekly pay at $15/hr.
• Temp and Temp to Perm Opportunities
• First shift only

Duties of an Assistant Property Manager:
• Work with prospective residents to ascertain needs, conduct property tours, showcasing community perks and amenities. Conduct follow up calls/emails to close the sale.
• Manages the collection of rent & submits notices as required.
• Distributes renewal notices to current residents.
• Process & research property invoices as requested.
• Input and maintain detailed documentation and records into the property management system. Update resident files.

Requirements for our Assistant Property Managers:
• Minimum of 1-year related experience.
• Experience with OneSite, Yardi, or other property management software.
• Fair Housing Certification (We will provide this training at no cost to those who need it).
• Regularly required to sit, walk, stand for several hours at a time.
• Climb stairs several times daily.
• Lift 20 lbs. with ease.
• Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
