Responsibilities include:
Painting
Plumbing
Electrical
Carpentry
General repairs
Preparing Apartments for move-in
Maintaining leasing centers & recreational facilities
Experience and Qualifications
5+ years supporting multiple apartment communities
Ability to prioritize projects
Works well independently
Self motivated
Pride of workmanship -- goes above and beyond
Owns own hand tools
Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license & insurance
Highly organized & attention to detail
Flexible -- available after hours
The successful Maintenance Technician will insure our communities are in excellent condition for our residents, while enhancing the property value for our Company.
