Triumph Management Company has an immediate opening for a part time Leasing Consultant at The Bluffs Apartments in Carlsbad. It is a 163-unit community that has just undergone a complete interior and exterior renovation. Triumph needs an experienced individual with strong leasing and administrative skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills. We offer competitive pay as well as opportunity for advancement. We require a background and drug screen as a condition of employment. Job Responsibilities:
- Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Follow-up calls and leads
- Leasing and resident relations
- Handle the application approval and move-in process for residents
- Enter in work orders and follow up on them
- Make regular inspections of apartments prior to move-in
- Knowledge and experience in Yardi Voyager
