190 apartment community in San Bruno, CA is seeking a qualified leasing consultant.

Daily tasks include marketing apartment advertisements, managing callbacks and tour appointments, taking service orders, walking apartments to ensure they are ready to lease and move into, and keeping the applicant files in progress and approved timely. 

Leasing consultants also post rents, complete notices, address curb appeal, keep the office organized, review invoices for the approval process, and complete the market study of the area. 

Some outreach marketing is also within the community and top employers in the area to attract qualified residents.
