We are looking for the right candidate that will fit our team dynamic. Our community is 190 apartments. The ideal candidate will have a great personality, a can-do attitude, and a sense of humor.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits. We are open to train the right person. We are looking for a candidate that can perform community and apartment repairs not limited to the following-

· Janitorial tasks such as picking up trash around the property throughout the day, cleaning laundry rooms, parking lot areas, remove cobwebs, etc...

· Complete turns within the designated time frame, fix walls, remove nails, fill holes, paint without overspray on floors, cabinets, or fixtures.

·Complete work orders within 48 hours

· Experience with appliance repair- Fridges, Stoves, AC units

· Experience troubleshooting electrical issues.

· Great customer service and most importantly be a Team Player!

· Available for the on-call cell phone and after-hours emergencies

· Follow Property Manager’s instructions quickly and thoroughly.

Qualifications

·Driver’s license

·Experience in residential maintenance

·Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

·Provide own basic tools

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
