We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with the Talent Acquisition Team.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for full cycle recruiting the TAS collaboratively consults with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates. They help identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria.  Ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process

Drive corporate and property recruitment efforts and initiatives.

· Responsible for full cycle recruiting

· Work with Manager and team to develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify both passive and active candidates.

· Help identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria.

· Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations and employee referral programs.

· Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool.

· Make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams to understand the business and staffing need, and becoming a true talent partner to the organization

· Update and maintain reports, such as the applicant tracking system data and reports, along with other related administrative responsibilities.

· Assist in developing tools and initiatives aimed at increasing the timeliness and effectiveness of the property recruitment efforts.

· Continuous monitoring of the company’s employment brand by communicating the company’s competitive edge to potential candidates.

· Maintain communication with active candidates during the hiring process to ensure continued interest and to address and anticipate issues.

· Ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process

· Additional duties as assigned

  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers.
  • Involves moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities

  • May be exposed to moderately loud noise levels.
