Accounts Specialist (Resident Services Manager)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Establish vendor relationships and maintain accounts and files.
- Ensure that all student accounts are maintained in the databases (StarRez and Entrata).
- Verify and balance data on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with billings to accounts with proper record keeping.
- Assist in the development of office staff and maintain a positive interaction with residents.
- Continually maintain and review all proper filing systems.
- Assist in general administrative support as needed by management.
- Communicate with other UK Campus Housing staff as needed.
- Other duties as identified by Greystar and UK.
