$20-$25/hour depending on experience

We are seeking a Community Manager to become a part of our team!
Locally owned and operated real estate investment company seeks a skilled and reliable
individual to act as Community Manager for a 21-unit modern property in Campbell. We are
open to the possibility of the Property Manager living on-site, however, this is not a must due to
the layout of this property.
We need someone who is interested in taking great care of our Residents. We are looking for a
highly enthusiastic, creative thinker who has a vision for excellence and customer service. If you

Responsibilities:
Attract and educate new tenants
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Look for ways to update and improve property
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Supervise and train property staff
Enforce property rules and regulations
General Property Manager duties:
Collecting rent
Caring for Residents
Communications
Office hours
Work orders
Leasing
Turnovers
Management of special projects

Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management and customer service
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have high computer literacy
Willing to be flexible in scheduling
Must pass background check and drug screening
Must have a clean DMV record and reliable transportation
