Resource Management Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Monitor the daily boiler, weekly landscape irrigation, & monthly PV solar report anomalies, communicate to OPS and F/RM personnel all unusual incidents & required corrective action.
Coordinate and maintain project schedules and information for contractors, F/RM personnel, and other stakeholders.
Assist Resource Manager with coordination of GRESB & the CSR reporting data collection from departments, contractors and other sources.
Review PV solar systems via SolarCity, SolarEdge, & SMA websites and update reports quarterly.
Review all pending/current projects-update status, contact onsite personnel & contractors, update report
Assist with project coordination including verification of account info, utility rebate tracking, and contractor correspondence.
Collect utility data info from various sources and provide to F/RM personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience providing clerical and administrative support.
Skills:
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Yardi knowledge a plus.
Experience using organizational and administrative skills to support a team.
Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
