About the position:
The Total Rewards Coordinator supports the Total Rewards team to promote a positive Essex Employee Experience. The Total Rewards Coordinator has an instrumental role in the administration of Benefits, Compensation, Wellness and Rewards programs.
         Key Responsibilities
Provide a high level of support to the Total Rewards Team as well as the overall HR team to create a top-notch employee experience
High-touch customer service support for compensation changes. Works with Onsite Managers and internal HR teams on a smooth and seamless process
Monitors new hire benefits enrollment and conducts new hire orientation
Coordinate administration of wellness platform and related programs
Go-to contact for rewards administration and employee questions
Monitors and responds to tickets in the internal ticketing system and escalates issues as needed
Annual or seasonal projects including Open Enrollment and other events planning

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Extreme attention to detail and time management skills
Experience in self-directing, problem solving, and focusing on multiple competing priorities
Demonstrable ability to analyze data and interpret findings
High regard for confidentiality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
