MAINTENANCE PERSON Needed for 40+ unit building in San Bernardino
Must have own tools & transportation
Full time-position with benefits

Responsibilities: Ensure the property is Clean. work orders, plumbing, painting, electrical, drywall repair, appliance repair and knowledge of all other aspects of apartment maintenance is a must. Including, GFI change outs, garbage disposal installation, and faucet replacement, etc.

Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass criminal background check.
