Occupancy and Compliance Specialist

Must have at least 3 years experience in HUD project and tax credit buildings

Tasks include but not limited to:

-Tenant Recertifications for both tax credit and project based HUD buildings

-MOR preparation

-EIV

-Project based contract renewals

-Reporting to Urban Futures, Inc. and Accessible Housing Program

-Familiar with LOMOD

Starting Salary $65,000 to $70,000 DOE - Please send Resume for consideration
