Job Description
The Property Conversion Specialist is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the organization’s software and systems data conversion activities one newly acquired properties.
Education
College degree in information systems, education/training or related field, and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.

Education
College degree in information systems, education/training or related field, and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, property management (Yardi, One Site or Real Page), internet and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the application and usage of information systems used to analyze data.
- Project management skills to create project plans, track and monitor progress, meet production and delivery deadlines, and oversee project implementation across multiple properties or geographic areas highly preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in property or residential community operation sufficient to understand the processes, procedures, and daily workflow relative to the use of computer applications and property management systems.
