Treasury Coordinator

Menomonee Falls, WI

Continental Properties is looking for detail-oriented and dependable professional to join our team as a Treasury Coordinator at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cash management operations including daily cash administration, positive pay monitoring, management of current accounts and bank relations.
  • Coordinate all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing accounts; prepare correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management.
  • Reconcile cash application and disbursements in a timely manner.
  • Monitor cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
  • Review bank statements to track and confirm bank charges.
  • Assist in the forecasting, monitoring and tracking of cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
  • Receive incoming wire transfers and processes outgoing wire transfers.
  • Assist with project assignments and financial reporting.
  • Review and drive improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the research and implementation of a Treasury management solution.

Skills Critical to Success:

  • Impeccable integrity, strong work ethic, dependable and diligent
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong quantitative abilities and ability to learn complex structures.
  • Strong preference for experience in Finance, Accounting or Treasury.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and financial statement analysis, including an ability to analyze cash flow and the impact on the financial statements.
  • Familiarity with bank cash management systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
