Help Desk (Entry-Level)
Menomonee Falls, WI
Continental Properties is looking for a driven and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Help Desk Professional at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
This position works closely with IT Support staff and end users to facilitate a wide variety of activities associated with PC and Software support. The position will have the opportunity to learn all facets of IT including networking, servers and phone systems, and cutting edge mobile hardware and software.
What you will do:
- Answer and track all end user support issues with positive attitude and superior customer service.
- Repair pc, printer and access issues and prioritize higher level issues properly.
- Set up new computers, software, phones, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, etc.
- Answer software questions, fix problems and assist end users.
- Have the opportunity to work with servers, switches, firewalls, etc.
What we need:
- 2-year Degree(s) or a combination of certifications and experience required
- 0 – 3 Years Helpdesk or PC technician experience
- Good technical troubleshooters, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledgeable in PC Hardware, Software and peripherals, understands basic networking, cellular mobile devices, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills, organized, enjoys working with end users and willing to learn
