JOB DESCRIPTION 

Mosser Capital is currently seeking a marketing coordinator “MC” associate (or highly qualified analyst) for our San Francisco office that has experience in capital raising efforts. The ideal candidate will have real estate private equity and/or real estate investment banking experience and have the analytical and interpersonal skills to serve as the team marketing coordinator and project manager for Mosser’s co-mingled fund-raising efforts as well as on a limited and specific basis assist on possible ventures that Mosser may pursue with specified investors. As Mosser Capital continues to grow its platform, the MC will have the opportunity to advance within the Company. 

The MC will report directly to the MD of Investor Relations and have significant interaction with the senior management and various Investment team members of Mosser Capital 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:  

  • Manage CRM Salesforce and direct outreach on all capital raising efforts. MC will be the point person for the IR team in tracking, cataloguing and documenting all fund-raising/venture activities. MC will leverage Salesforce and other CRM related software such as Constant Contact to help MD to introduce Mosser Capital Fund I to new investors.  
  • Ensure that investors and consultants for existing CRM accounts are kept up to date and new contacts are added  
  • Manage the production and completion of prospective investor and consultant requests while providing a sufficient level of quality control for Mosser messaging in marketing and other communication materials. Coordinate the update of general presentations, teasers, market studies, competitor analysis, and other materials.  
  • Maintain the updating and quality control of due diligence questionnaires, online data room, and internal virtual file storage. Produce weekly investor tracking reports for Team.  

General Team Responsibilities:  

  • Perform new investor outreach via direct calls, e-mailings, follow ups and meeting/conference call set ups. Participate in presenting Mosser organization, capabilities and strategy at certain meetings and/or conferences.  
  • Coordinate the scheduling of calls and meetings. Work with the Office Manager to ensure travel arrangements are completed. Manage all IR related accounts and subscriptions for the IR team.  
  • Ensure that all quarterly and annual reports are sent out to all existing Mosser Capital Fund I investors. MC will organize and implement Limited Partner Annual Conference (LPAC) on behalf of Mosser.  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION 

  • Established Top performer in real estate, private equity or other investment management firm focused on real estate.  
  • Experience working as a dedicated capital raising professional; additional real estate expertise a plus  
  • Experience writing investment memorandums and/or overseeing the production of investor presentations.  
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and Experience in Salesforce - MBA or other advanced degree in real estate is a plus.
