Community Porter/Groundskeeper

We are seeking a full-time porter/groundskeeper for our beautiful property in Denver, CO at our Sable Ridge property.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enhance the curb appeal of the community.
• Ensure all areas of the property are clean and safe and always in "tour condition."
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Maintain neat dumpster area.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Perform light maintenance when required.
• Maintain all exterior common areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Help with some light cleaning duties
• Clean grounds.
• Pick up trash around property.
• Empty dumpsters into the trash compactor.
• Perform pressure washing on building exterior.
• Assist with outside improvements like painting curbs.
