COMMUNITY DIRECTOR (LEASE-UP) - Tracy, CA
Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest Real Estate developers in the nation, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Apartment Community Director to lead the team at Lewis' latest upscale lease-up community, Harvest in Tracy in Tracy, CA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: As our successful candidate, you will effectively manage community operations and team management programs at this 304-unit lease-up community, balancing the very best in customer service with a smooth-running Lewis property, to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, property value, community maintenance and team morale.
Your duties will include:
- Consistent leadership of your Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds-keeping staff, including hiring, motivating, monitoring, and rewarding your team
- Budget reporting, occupancy reports, variances, etc
- Supervision of leasing and marketing activities
- Ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction through effective follow-through and leadership
- Working with company software, including OneSite, MS Office (Word, Excel) and YieldStar
EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR SUCCESS: Our best Community Directors have 3+ years of property management experience, including a strong supervisory background and knowledge of property budgets and bookkeeping. You should know basic landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing, and your people skills should be exceptional. With our support, you will coach, reward and lead your team to success each and every day.
For Harvest in Tracy, experience working a lease-up community is highly preferred.
