Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to process Annual and Interim certifications at our HUD/Tax Credit layered community. Must have previous experience with HUD properties, program knowledge and is able to multitask and keep certifications current.
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for assisting the manager with the day-to-day operation of the building and maintaining compliance with applicable affordable housing programs (HUD and Tax Credit).
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Knowledge (3-5 years) of HUD/Tax Credit affordable housing programs
• One Site and Yardi experience
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and provide customer assistance and answer questions on compliance issues.
