Responsibilities

The Events Manager at Essex is designated to be the Marketing/Public Relations point person.

-Responsible for developing, executing and evaluating the lifestyle program that support the vision of our community- luxe/elite/one of a kind experiences.

-Responsible for maintaining relationships with not only the residents, but the business leaders within OC

-Creating business partnerships within the community

-Provides insight into resident and prospect demographics and tailors the program to “targeted” groups by maintaining smaller individual events + 1 quarterly mid-range event + 2 larger semi-annual events

-Responsible for all social (Instagram, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)

-Provides budgeting forecast for all events

-Supports sales team by actively being involved in tracking new leases and closing ratio; and extending invites for one of a kind events for these new leases

-Maintain active involvement in the level of Customer Service that the team presents to all our customers

-Maintain focus on diversity of events based on targeted demographics

-Discuss events to target interests of renewals

-Have Weekly 1:1 with GM to discuss retention, rent growth, marking, and community performance through the lifestyle program
