Housekeeper

The Dinerstein Companies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team on a 350-unit A+ lease up development property in Denver, CO. As the Housekeeper, this person will be responsible for overall property curb appeal, assisting the maintenance team with preparing units for move in, and daily detailed cleaning of common amenity areas. This person reports to the Service Manager and will be under the direction of the Community Manager onsite. This position has the potential for long term employment and relocation to future development locations with The Dinerstein Companies based on performance and ability to relocate.
Required skills:
- 2 years Maintenance/Housekeeping preferred
- High School Diploma, or GED preferred
- High attention to detail
- Follows direction appropriately and follows up on task completion.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Reliable transportation required
Experience in the following preferred:
- General Housekeeping duties
- Light maintenance
- Payroll
