Maintenance Technician

The Dinerstein Companies is looking for a professional, energetic, and organized Service Technician to join our team on a 350-unit A+ lease up development property in Denver, CO.   As the Service Technician, this person will be responsible for preparing units for move in, resident service requests and overall property curb appeal. This person reports to the Service manager and will be under the direction of the Community Manager onsite.  This position has the potential for long term employment and relocation to future development locations with The Dinerstein Companies based on performance and ability to relocate.

Required skills:

• 2 years Apartment Maintenance required
• High School Diploma, or GED required
• Ability to complete repairs for resident request in the following areas (not limited to but including):
  • Plumbing
  • Appliances
  • Carpentry
  • Sheet rock/painting
  • Keys and locks
  • Pools
  • HVAC
  • Basic remediation
• HVAC and CPO certified, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Emergency on-call required, reliable transportation
