The Dinerstein Companies is looking for a professional, energetic, organized and sales focused Leasing Consultant to join our team on a 350-unit A+ lease up development property in Denver, CO. As a Leasing Consultant, this person’s main responsibilities would be to follow up and generate traffic in order to lease up the building, guarantee smooth move in for all new residents, and delivering exceptional service to our residents. As a Leasing Consultant this person would work directly for the Community Manager at the site. This position has the potential for long term employment and relocation to future development locations with The Dinerstein Companies based on personal and lease up performance.
Required skills:
- 2 years Apartment Management required
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Lease up/Development experience preferred
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Sales focused individual who excels at follow-up.
- Team player
