Assistant Manager

The Dinerstein Companies is looking for a professional, energetic, organized and sales focused Assistant Manager to join our team on a 350-unit A+ lease up development property in Denver, CO.   As the Assistant Manager, this person will be responsible for working alongside the Community Manager for all property operations as well as directly responsible for rent collections, file preparations and software daily processes. This position has the potential for long term employment and relocation to future development locations with The Dinerstein Companies based on personal and lease up performance.

Required skills:

  • 2 years Apartment Management required
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Lease up/Development experience preferred
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Self-starter with strong decision-making and organizational skills
  • Ability to assist in training and development of the leasing team

 

Experience in the following preferred:

  • Microsoft office
  • Entrata
