Here is a quick glimpse of your day: tour prospective residents on the property, lease apartments, complete lease packages and paperwork (there is always paperwork!), assist with marketing efforts, maintain resident records, and handle service requests from residents for the maintenance staff. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager for a 298 unit community in Orlando, FL.
Requirements:
· Customer service experience preferred
· Excellent communication skills
· No property management experience is required, just a great attitude!
· Our communities are open 7 days a week so weekend hours may be required (if applicable)
