Resident Services Coordinator

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service to all residents and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions. This position is required to respond within one hour to all resident emails and calls during business hours.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in a fast-paced customer service role. Property management experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Pleasant disposition with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
- Strong written and verbal communication is required in this role. Communication will be required through phone calls and emails.
- Candidate should have a high attention to detail and strong follow through. Candidate should have ownership of resident concerns and see through resolution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management (Yardi or On-Site), and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
