Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compliance monitoring.
- Social service programs.
- Income certifications.
- Coordinate vacant unit turnover process.
- Process Applications.
- Collect rent and control delinquency.
- Schedule and complete re-certifications.
- Enforce house rules and company policies.
- Report to the property supervisor and respective agencies.
- Maintain property presentation.
- Resolve resident issues
- Prepare for property inspections and audits.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies.
Requirements:
- Affordable/Senior Housing Experience.
- Section 8 and Low-Income Tax Credit Experience.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and management software.
- Yardi experience preferred.
- 2 years of experience managing an affordable apartment community in Southern California.
- Administrative and organizational skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Live on-site.
