Job Description
This position performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.


Education

High School Diploma, GED or related experience and/or training.

Qualifications

What your day might look like

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, and model apartments
• Freshen up any vacant or show units as needed
• Assist in the “make-ready” process by performing assigned duties
• Organizing and restocking cleaning supplies as needed
• Notify Community Manager if you notice any potential safety hazards

• Outstanding customer service and someone who can interact effectively with a diverse group of people
• Knowledge and skilled in the safe use of cleaning fluids and tools
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
