Live on-site and manage this beautiful 100 unit residential community in Anaheim. Property is centrally located near shopping and restaurants. This is a gated community with full amenities; pool, spa, fitness center and laundry. 

You will be supported by an excellent full time maintenance staff and professional management company with 45 years of experience in the business.

-Must have on-site residential manager exp. of at least 25 units for three (3) years

-Must have strong sales & marketing skills

-Must be able to evaluate credit checks and choose good tenants

-Responsible for collecting rent

-Responsible for financial & operational reports to management team

-Competitive salary (base, housing + bonus) potentially $65K to $75K
