Job Description
The primary responsibilities include supplier setup in accounting systems and assistance with the supplier compliance program, third-party credentialing processes, and e-procurement/expense management system. Maintain supplier attributes in Greystar’s accounting systems and different owner accounting systems. Report on the success of different processes, participate in ongoing process improvements through review and feedback and maintains relationships with team members and communities.

Education
College degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Qualifications
- Two years on-site experience in the multi-family real estate industry and/or previous experience as a Community Manager preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management (Yardi or One Site), and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
