Greystar, the global leader in rental housing, has an exciting opportunity for a Risk/Compliance Analyst to support utility compliance services in its Austin, TX regional office. Ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of consistent risk management or legal compliance experience.

Job Summary: Supports the strategic and daily management of the compliance performance and operation of utility services through data mining community lease settings, monthly utility billing services, client risk tolerances, , tracking of remediation efforts, creating KPI and compliance reporting, interpreting trends, and forecasts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with other team members to document all recommendations for compliance and responses from Operations team members and clients.

• Tracks all efforts for risk assessments covering all billing practices with reporting each month.

• Communicate with subject sites to gather required information for performance of risk assessments.

• Assist in lease language updates for communities as required by risk assessments.

• Submit client approvals or disapprovals via remediation forms for action.

• Track all metrics for compliance efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related area

• 1-5 years of compliance or risk management and/or similar legal related work experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task with great organizational skills

• Demonstrated ability to project and time manage to meet deadlines

• Goal driven self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Good interpersonal skills
