WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work out of our San Diego corporate office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Supervisor
- Support Corporate Office by covering reception desk
- Pick up, process and distribute all outgoing, incoming and interoffice mail
- Process and monitor invoices using Excel
- Monitor Online Facilities Service Desk, ensuring that tickets have been assigned and completed
- Act as backup for Facilities Assistant for courier and bank runs
- Oder supplies; including Office Depot, Facilities, Costco...etc
- Administrative reporting
?WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:
- You bring a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a professional setting
- You have a good professional phone etiquette
- You have a friendly, outgoing and collaborative attitude
- You have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
- You have a passion for helping others
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- You have strong organisational skills
- You possess a valid driver’s license
