Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Analyst will be an integral member of the Finance/Capital Markets team with significant accountability for financial analysis and modeling. Specific responsibilities will include:
Perform financial analysis/modeling, including cash-flows and accretion analyses
Coordinate, manage and support the Finance Department in analysis, credit underwriting and presentations for both internal and external constituents
Prepare debt covenant compliance and comprehensive debt structuring, forecasts and analysis
Support general department activities, including capital markets and investor relations

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have a high growth potential with a proven track record in the following:
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or credit underwriting, real estate industry experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, attention to detail and accuracy, written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and effective collaborative working style
Bachelor’s degree from top-tier university/college, CFA or other advance degree a plus
