Job Description
The Payroll Coordinator performs timely and accurate preparation and processing of the Company’s payroll in compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws. Produces quality, detailed work based on established guidelines, standards, and procedures, as well as supporting internal customers by accessing human resource systems, products and services.
Education
College degree in related field, and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.

Education
College degree in related field, and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a payroll support capacity within a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy, an acting as first point of contact for internal staff by answering questions related to Company operational policies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing and database management programs in order to maintain records of information and develop and provide information for manager’s use. Intermediate or above skills in Excel is desired.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
- Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of payroll support techniques demonstrating capability of providing support related to payroll administration with ability to work independently, taking ownership of work.
- Demonstrated knowledge of multi-state payroll laws and knowledge of ADP and eTime a plus.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities and detail oriented in order to produce and manage accurate and complete files, documents, and sensitive data.
