Job Description
The Product Management Analyst participates in the system administration and enhancement of the Company’s Entrata platform by testing and deploying newly released features and modules. The Product Management team are the system administrators and “engineers” that perform escalated support to maintain the platforms and project work to enhance the platform, products and service offerings. This position will provide technical expertise related to implementation of integrated functionality between Property Management Software platforms utilized by the Company.

The Product Management Analyst participates in the system administration and enhancement of the Company’s Entrata platform by testing and deploying newly released features and modules. The Product Management team are the system administrators and “engineers” that perform escalated support to maintain the platforms and project work to enhance the platform, products and service offerings. This position will provide technical expertise related to implementation of integrated functionality between Property Management Software platforms utilized by the Company.
Education
College degree in Information Systems or related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior experience with property management systems, preferably Entrata.
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability as a Business Analyst working on software support/implementation projects, development activities, and overall database administration.
- Must be proficient with standard business analysis, business process definition and project management concepts and tools.
- Proficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little or no direct supervision
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, ability to set and manage multiple priorities, and oversee detailed project and other intricate plans.
- Interpersonal and Facilitation Skills - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences within different circumstances and dynamics.
- Demonstrated successful collaboration with multiple teams
- Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of an accounting and financial background sufficient to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports in accordance with accounting, finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- College degree in Information Systems or related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred.
- Project management experience a plus
