The Project Superintendent provides direction, oversight and management of all jobsite construction requirements and Superintendent Personnel associated with multi-family residential and mixed use redevelopment/remerchandising projects. He or she establishes expectations and collaborates with a variety of parties to ensure project schedule, budget, safety and quality objectives are attained. The Project Superintendent is capable of managing projects up to $100 million in size.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience in the multi-family housing construction industry, and knowledge in all areas of construction from site development through delivery and acceptance. Computer literacy is a must and preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Construction Management.
