Service Technician I

Waterton is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Service Technician I! As a maintenance professional, you will resolve maintenance issues, complete preventative maintenance, and maintain attractive, clean grounds and common areas. You will prepare vacated apartments for new residents by performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Previous maintenance and service experience preferred
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to participate in the on-call schedule; evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required
