WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at our Corporate office in San Diego. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have accountability for identifying, supporting and hiring top talent for corporate and site levels. This position will drive full cycle project management of talent recruitment. Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring manager and team is essential for this position.

- Experience in creation and maintenance of a robust talent pool
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience in multi-family or hospitality industries preferred
- Strong executive presence
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relations & building partnerships at all levels
- Strong analytical skills & problem-solving capability
- Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects and activities
- Ability to maintain a strong sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years of recruiting experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; including MS Project & Sharepoint
- Experience with Talent Acquisition tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo / CareerBuilder Talent Discover a plus
