A Day in the Life:

As our Painter you will be expected to provide quality painting and clean up skills when painting interior and exterior areas of the apartment community to portray a luxurious and inviting environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure quality painting jobs on all assigned tasks
  • Touch ups on interior and exterior walls, sheet rock, and dry wall
  • Conduct minor repairs of sheet rock/dry wall and paint areas after repairs
  • Proper set-up for the successful and neat completion or each painting task
  • Perform proper cleaning functions after job is complete
  • Basic knowledge of paint sprayers and roller brushes
  • Understand layout of the property and awareness of equipment locations
  • Communicate with the Service Supervisor about unsafe or hazardous environments on the property


What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of painting experience
  • General maintenance knowledge
