The Administrative Assistant performs various tasks and activities to provide administrative, reception, and clerical support to a Community(ies) and/or group of team members and managers
Education
High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management (Yardi or One Site), and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
- Ability to operate basic office machines such as copiers, faxes, calculators, postage meters, and multi-line telephone systems.
