On-site Property Manager

On-site Resident Manager Positions Available in the Peninsula Area! 

Compensation: Rent discount + hourly wage for hours worked 

Our growing company is in need of an On-site Resident Manager who will assist the company's owner with critical tasks necessary to ensure the success of the company. You must be a resourceful professional, be trustworthy, skillful and an experienced effective communicator.

Job Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the complex
• Pick up trash
• Clean laundry room weekly
• Address maintenance issues and manage vendors
• Handle rental inquiries, show apartments and hold open houses on vacant units at least twice per week
• Provide feedback to the Broker on number of ad calls, showings and pricing
• Conduct market surveys, as needed
• Take pictures of units upon move out and provide appropriate documentation to management
• Handle any unauthorized vehicle violations
• Coordinate towing/haul away
• Assist management in collecting delinquent rents
• Deposit checks as requested

On-site managers work approximately 15-25 hours per week in exchange for a substantial rent discount and salary for hours worked. *Belmont location has about 45 units.

Qualifications: Ability to oversee property and commit to time requirements Knowledge of Fair Housing and Protected Classes Excellent phone/customer service skills Awareness of budgets, vacancy/occupancy standards and interest in real estate assets Proven track record demonstrating progressive responsibility in job functions Professional references General knowledge of maintenance

On-site manager will report to Broker/Owner and will attend mandatory training as needed and will be required to take online courses as required by insurance to obtain the minimum curriculum by set dates.
