Responsibilities

The Marketing Support role provides marketing and back office support for the Marketing Department, including managing requests from the communities, updating the website, following up on issues with the Internet Listing Services, posting email campaigns, and developing tracking and reporting.


Responsibilities include:

- Support on-going tasks related to marketing for new developments, property specials, and stabilized communities.

- Support on-going tasks related to marketing for website, internet listing services, social media, and communications.

- Help manage internal ticketing system for marketing requests and assign tickets to corresponding team members.

- Help resolve requests from marketing tickets.

- Help process departmental invoices and track approval.

- Help plan quarterly departmental outings.

- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree a plus - 2+ years in marketing, customer service, administrative and/or back office support.

- Multi-family experience a plus.

- Written and verbal communications.

- Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Customer service orientation.

- Attention to detail.

- Ability to multi-task.

- Team player and collaborator.

- Strong can-do attitude.

- Ability to pivot as needed.

- Takes ownership and initiative to drive projects or issues through to completion.

- Professional demeanor, positive approach, sense of humor.

- Interest in the multifamily housing industry.
