We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a 317-unit apartment community in the Northern area of Los Angeles.
What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:

• AA degree and/or 3+ years property management experience
• Proficiency in analyzing and preparing budgets/financial statements, as well as work within budgeted guidelines
• Sales and marketing experience
• Working knowledge of Excel, word processing & accounting software
• Yardi + Yieldstar experience – Bonus Points!
• A drive to deliver unparalleled service to our residents
• Aptitude for handling the unforeseen situations with clarity and ease
• Ability to manage a staff of 2 or more
• Positive, cando attitude with unique problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with legal practices including, but not limited to, eviction laws & Fair Housing mandates
• ARM, CCR or CAM Preferred
