Leasing/Social Media Associate

Euston Management Company has an open full-time Leasing/Social Media Associate position at Tuscany Hills Rental Community. It is a 308-unit community in San Marcos California. Euston needs an experienced individual with proven customer service skills, strong leasing, administrative and social media skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of property management and or customer service in a related field
• Experience in 300+ unit properties is desirable
• Proficiency with OneSite and Yieldstar software is desired
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Solid business logic and ability to analyze and prioritize tasks assigned
• Follows instructions, performs duties with minimal supervision and is a team player
• Works effectively with owner, managers and colleagues. Positive and professional attitude at all times
• Maintain and update website
• Maintain and grow property social network sites & online presence
• Create marketing pieces both print and online (Creating Flyers, Email Blasts, & Social Media Postings)
• Create and manage resident events.
• This position is required to work one weekend day.

As a Leasing Consultant/Social Media Associate, you manage your own success by attaining leasing goals, such as Occupancy and Rent Growth, and by building rapport with prospects, residents and outside businesses.
