Job Description
The Revenue Systems Analyst supports the revenue management systems platform in achieving operational excellence by generating and analyzing reports on the systems performance and best practice use of the software, and providing management and others with data and input to formulate strategies, programs, recommendations and actions for improving operating and financial results.
Education
College degree in related field, and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.

The Revenue Systems Analyst supports the revenue management systems platform in achieving operational excellence by generating and analyzing reports on the systems performance and best practice use of the software, and providing management and others with data and input to formulate strategies, programs, recommendations and actions for improving operating and financial results.
Education
College degree in related field, and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to create and make presentations to senior managers and staff, and to teach information systems programs and classes.
- Skills in time management in order to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High degree of proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, YieldStar, OneSite, Yardi, and database management programs in order to complete required reports, evaluate applications and systems, and produce necessary communication materials.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to analyze data and information contained in systems reports.
- Employment history that demonstrates a broad understanding of the real estate industry and, particularly, on-site operations in the multi-family housing industry.
