The Sr. Director of Technology is responsible for the daily operations related to business applications, integrations, IT governance, and project and resource allocation for the department. This role will provide management oversight, technical leadership, and direction to both the business and the IT organization. The Director will also help develop, grow, and mentor departmental staff.

As a Sr. Director of Technology, your days will be fast-paced, and challenging. You will manage a technical team focusing on development and operational support of IT solutions, manage ongoing projects from integration to implementation, develop and manage an Enterprise application roadmap and target application architecture and gather requirements from operational departments to develop reports, processes and efficiency. You will also be responsible for the business systems and application that run the enterprise (Yardi, SharePoint 365, Nintex Workflow and Forms, MS Office 365..etc), as well as resource planning and assigned projects for the department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in similar role
• Minimum of 5 years in project management
• Experience dealing with complex operational matters
• Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal and presenting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with technical skilled employees
• Demonstrated personnel management skills
• Positive track record of employee development and engagement
• Proven performer with a reputation for results and attention to detail
• Microsoft Office, Yardi, MRI and Salesforce software knowledge

Must Haves (non-negotiable)

• 4+ years in supervisory role
• Valid Driver License and Proof of automobile insurance coverage

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Property Management / Construction Industry experience
• Reporting Solutions Knowledge (SSRS Reporting, Power BI)
